What age is Sharing Is Caring for?
It's designed for children aged 3 and up, with short rhyming verses that little ones can follow. Big kids enjoy it too, and it's a gentle way to start money conversations with any child who's still learning the basics.
What will my child learn?
Liliana gives away all her carrots and ends up with nothing left for lunch. Your child learns that sharing is kind, and that smart sharing means keeping enough for yourself too. It also shows other ways to give, like time and a helping paw. Each story stands on its own, so you don't need to read the others first.
Who wrote the books?
Australian financial planners (and dads) Victor Idoko, CFA, CFP®, and Lionel O'Mally. After years of giving money advice to adults, they realised no one was teaching it to little kids, so they wrote the books themselves. The bunnies, Liliana, Harvey and Connor, were inspired by Lionel's own children.
Is there anything to help me as a parent?
Yes. The book ends with a Lil' Money Lessons page for grown-ups: what your child is learning, questions to ask after reading, and three easy activities using things you already have at home, like For Me and To Give jars, a few Give-With-Care questions to ask before sharing, and a kindness sticker chart.
How fast will it arrive, and can I return it?
We ship within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and Express takes 1–3 business days (regional areas can take a little longer). Shipping is calculated at checkout. Unused items can be returned within 14 days for a change of mind, and if anything arrives damaged, email admin@bunniesmonies.com.au with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
